Stainless Steel Bottom-Mounted Agitator High Shear Mixing Bottom-Entry Emulsifier is a high-performance dispersing emulsifier designed for bottom entry into containers. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed with traditional stirring methods.
It is a bottom-entry high-shear dispersing emulsifier suitable for installation at the bottom of containers for special environments or hygiene requirements, which can discharge materials or circulate them after processing. With traditional bottom-mounted tank equipment, materials cannot be discharged separately after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being emptied during stirring or dispersing.
The ECA machine features a simple and robust design. It has a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit via a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for processing at temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
